Wolfberger Crémant d’Alsace Brut 2021 Retail: $21.99
Round and full-bodied, this Crémant Rosé has a lovely, delicate salmon color with small, active bubbles. It displays
beautiful watermelon and strawberry aromas cascading in a smooth finish. Lemon notes shine on the nose of this pink
sparkler, accompanied by a hint of red apple. The frothy palate is dry, slender, and fresh.
Critical Acclaim: Wine Enthusiast, 90 points.
Domaine Gassier Syrah 2021 Retail: $13.99
This elegant and intense dark ruby Syrah has a nose that is rich in violet, blood orange, pepper, and liquor with “garrigue”
aromatic spices including resinous herbs like rosemary, sage, bay leaves, and thyme as well as juniper, lavender, and mint.
The taste is rich and harmonious, and the complexities of the aromas play out progressively. It has a fresh finish with hints
of red fruits and rhubarb revealing delicate and superbly ripe tannins. With its silky texture and bright aromas of fresh
fruit, this Syrah will go with a wide variety of red meats, stews, and spicy dishes.
Critical Acclaim: James Suckling, 90 points.
Martin Ray Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2021 Retail: $17.99
This Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is substantive, layered, and smooth on the palate. It has a tightness and brightness with
flavors of vivid dark cherry, ripe strawberry with hints of sandalwood and dried spices. There is a fresh acidity
throughout, with plush tannins that stay bright through the wine’s finish.

Château de Grandchamp Bordeaux 2017 Retail: $18.99
Château de Grandchamp is the only domaine on the hillside overlooking the ancient commune of Parsac, located in the
Montagne Saint-Émilion appellation. This Bordeaux is a red blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc and comes
from a vineyard of 8 acres, producing 1500 cases per year. The vintner’s sole objective in the vineyard is to obtain
perfectly ripe and clean fruit. Triage is done in both the vineyard and the cellar to ensure the highest quality grapes. In the
cellar, grapes are vinified in small, temperature-controlled tanks and then aged in a combination of tank and two-year-old
barrels. The result is a Merlot-dominated wine that is aromatically vibrant with smooth textured balance of soft tanning
and rich blackberry and plum flavors.

Domaine de Rancy Rivesaltes Ambré 2001 Retail $31.99
The 2001 vintage of Domaine de Rancy Rivesaltes Ambré spent 12 years in barrel before it was bottled. This time-in
barrel gave the wine an astonishing level of complexity. The aromas of caramel, raisin, and fig carry through to the palate.
In the mouth, the wine is rich and smooth with dried fruit, walnut, and quince flavors. Luckily the wine has enough
balancing acidity that it is not at all cloying. The finish is extremely long and lingers long after your glass has been
emptied. This Rivesaltes is a fortified wine made in the old ambré style rarely produced today. The wine is
oxidized which means that it will not change in character after being opened. This allows one to enjoy it slowly
over the course of weeks or months. This versatile wine is best served at room temperature to fully appreciate
the intense, complex aromas that develop in the glass.
